Our Story
How We Got Here
A Little About Us
Our story began in college at a Steak ’n Shake where Chrissy was working as a server. She thought I was cute and put me in her section; I took my time working up the courage to add her on Facebook, and she accidentally took her time adding me back.
Once we finally connected, something just clicked. Our first date was watching Star Trek: The Next Generation together in my definitely-dilapidated college house, and she still stayed. Since then, we’ve grown up together, moved through new chapters, and built a life filled with the small moments that somehow became the big ones.
This wedding is our way of honoring that journey and celebrating with the people who have supported and shaped us along the way.
We’re so excited to share this day with you.

Can I bring a plus-one?
We love you and your people, but our guest list is cozy and intentional. If your invitation includes a guest, you'll see their name on the envelope.
Are kids invited?
We adore your little ones, but this will be an adults-only evening (exceptions noted on specific invitations).
Will the ceremony be indoors?
Yes. Everything is indoors, in one venue, and climate-controlled (Chicago weather can do whatever it wants).
What is the attire?
Cocktail attire. Bring your best look and your best dancing shoes.
